LOVE!

we love our baby girl!
She makes every day brighter,
our smiles bigger,
and our hearts warmer.

Celebrating the holidays with her is so much fun.
We are so happy, so blessed, so in love!

Gobbler Gallop!

On Thanksgiving morning, we all got to together at Crescent Lake Park for the Bob Cowan Memorial Gobbler Gallop- in honor of Scott's uncle Bob who passed away. We have not been home for Thanksgiving in a couple of years so have not been able to attend the Gobbler Gallop before. It was a blast and we were so happy to be there!

It was a fun morning of walking around the park, finished with donuts, coffee and bloody marys! Although Savannah could not walk the mile around the lake with us, she was happy in her stroller getting wheeled around! Most people walked the track, but some made it into a competition, including Scott. He ran the entire thing- and won! He was awarded a trophy for first place!

We then continued the festivities with cooking, eating and family fun celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday! gobble gobble!

The LeRoys!

florida fun!

We have been busy, very busy.

We flew into Florida last week and spent a couple days in West Palm Beach with Aunt Bev, Uncle Ed and cousins Megan and Erin. They got to meet little Savannah for the first time, and we got to catch up with family and eat good food!

We then came to St.Pete and have had a weeklong of festivities for Thanksgiving.
Uncle Curt and Diane came from Ft.Lauderdale and along with their kids, cousins, and all of our family in St.Pete, we have had a party every day. We had a huge 36 person Thanksgiving meal at Jim & Becky's house- and a ton of yummy thanksgiving food. Including 4 turkeys, one which we cooked (deep-fried) for the first time! It was a blast!

We had a surprise party for Scott and cousin Mandy for their 30th birthdays and got to see more friends and family. It has been so much fun, and so exhausting. Savannah has been able to meet so many new people and have tons of hugs, kisses and love. It has been such a fun trip with her and can't wait for the rest of it!

The weather has cooled down, so we're able to wear long sleeves and pants (a big change from panama!) and even have a campfire!

The holidays are wonderful, and we are so happy we have been able to have our little Savannah nugget to share it with!

mommy & me fun!!

I am truly in love with being a mom. It brings me such happiness, tests my knowledge, expands my mind and makes me goofy, giddy, girly, gorgeous... every single day I spend with Savannah. I am so blessed.

A daughter is a bundle of firsts that excite and delight, giggles that come from deep inside and are always contagious, everything wonderful and precious and your love for her knows no bounds.

holiday!

Panama celebrates many holidays this week... Separation Day, Flag Day, Colon Day...
which means, nobody works, and everyone plays.
outdoors.
Most of the Panamanians head to the interior, which makes our neighborhood very quiet.
and perfect for walks.
